Sanctus Hiroo Tokobanmatsu West Court was built in March 2001 by Taisei Corporation and formerly sold by ORIX Real Estate, and is built to the new earthquake-proof standard. It is a 12-minute walk from Omotesando Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, and a 16-minute walk from Shibuya and Ebisu Stations on the JR Yamanote Line and Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, all within walking distance of major popular stations in Shibuya Ward. The West Court and East Court are connected to each other through a common area on the premises, so it is convenient to use the West Court entrance to go out from Ebisu and Daikanyama and Shibuya areas, and the East Court entrance to go to Hiroo Station and Nishi-Azabu area.
